The buyer has 48 hours to confirm that the bike has &quot;<a href="https://mynextbike.co.uk/pages/not-as-described">arrived as described</a>.&quot; If the bike is not as described and this is confirmed by us, the buyer can return the bike, and we will handle the shipping and return costs.</li><li>Payment Release Once the&#xA0;48-hour buyer confirmation period has passed and the bike has been accepted, MyNextBike securely processes the payout to the seller. To protect both buyers and sellers, payments can take&#xA0;up to 21 days from delivery to be fully released. Our specialist bike courier can collect Monday to Friday and requires at least 2 days&apos; notice. After confirming the collection date, the buyer must also confirm it before we submit the order to our couriers. You will receive confirmation from us once the collection has been booked.Our courier collects and delivers the bike to the buyer on the same day or next day (for distances over 200 miles) without requiring the bike to be packaged in bike boxes or disassembled. Simply hand the bike over to the courier, and they will handle the rest. You will receive tracking details on the morning of collection so you can track your bike&#x2019;s journey to the buyer.
