Seller Obligations and Order Cancellation

As a seller, you are obligated to complete the sale once a buyer makes a purchase. This means that you must confirm the sale by accepting an offer, whether it's for the asking price or a negotiated price. By confirming the sale, you agree to fulfill the order promptly and ship or arrange the bike collection as required.

Order Cancellation by Sellers

Orders can only be cancelled by the seller in exceptional circumstances. We expect sellers to complete the sale once it has been confirmed.

Can Buyers Cancel an Order?

Yes, buyers can cancel an order if they haven't received a response from the seller regarding a delivery or collection date within three days of placing the order. For more details, please refer to this article.

If an order is cancelled, the buyer will receive a full refund.
