Cancelling an OrderUpdated 5 months ago

You can cancel your order before receiving the bike under the following circumstances:

  1. Seller hasn’t responded to the collection booking:

    • If the seller hasn’t responded to the courier’s request to schedule a collection or your request to collect the bike within 3 working days of placing the order.
  2. Seller unavailable to ship:

    • If the seller isn’t available to ship the bike within 5 working days of the order being placed. Our standard shipping time is 2–5 working days, so if the seller can't meet this timeframe, you can cancel the order.
  3. Failed collection attempt:

    • If the courier attempts to collect the bike but the seller isn’t available or refuses to hand over the bike, you can cancel the order after one failed collection attempt.

Canceling Before Timeframes

If you wish to cancel the order before these timeframes, please contact us, and we will reach out to the seller to check if they’re willing to accept the cancellation.
