Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you'd like to return your bike, please review the policies for both private and professional sellers below.

  • Private sellers: Individuals selling second-hand bikes.
  • Professional sellers: Businesses specializing in second-hand bikes.

You can identify professional sellers by the "Certified Pre Owned" badge on the first product image of their listing.

I Purchased My Bike from a Private Seller

You can return the bike if it arrives "not as described" under our buyer protection policy. This policy ensures that you get exactly what you paid for and protects against mis-selling on the platform. For example, if the bike’s condition significantly differs from the online advertisement, or if any parts or components are missing, you can return the bike.

You have 48 hours from the time the bike arrives to inform us that it is not as described. Once the claim is confirmed, we will arrange for our courier to collect and return the bike to the seller. The full refund will be processed on the same day the bike is collected from you. We do not pay the seller until after the 48-hour period has passed.

Please note that buyer protection does not cover returns for reasons such as changing your mind, or if the bike is the wrong size (as long as it’s correctly listed).

You will also receive a full refund if the bike is lost or damaged in transit.

I Purchased My Bike from a Professional Seller

Under distance selling regulations, you can return the bike within 14 days to receive a full refund.

Important

  • All returns must be undamaged and in the same condition as when received.
  • Returns outside of the designated timeframes will not be accepted.

Once your return request is submitted, we will guide you through the next steps. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed from the date we receive the item.
