Fulfilling an ItemUpdated 6 months ago

Once your bike has sold, you will be notified by email and will receive instructions on how to fulfil

The buyer can choose to have the bike shipped or collect it in person. Below are the details for each option:

1) Shipping (Most Common Option)

Once the buyer selects shipping, you will be notified and prompted to book a collection date with our couriers. Our specialist bike courier can collect Monday to Friday and requires at least 2 days' notice. After confirming the collection date, the buyer must also confirm it before we submit the order to our couriers. You will receive confirmation from us once the collection has been booked.

Our courier collects and delivers the bike to the buyer on the same day or next day (for distances over 200 miles) without requiring the bike to be packaged in bike boxes or disassembled. Simply hand the bike over to the courier, and they will handle the rest. You will receive tracking details on the morning of collection so you can track your bike’s journey to the buyer. Additionally, each transit is insured up to £50k.

2) Collecting the Bike In Person

If the buyer chooses to collect the bike in person, you will be notified and prompted to confirm a suitable collection location and date. Please note that the buyer will have already paid through the platform at this stage. Once you confirm the details, we will share your contact information with the buyer, and you can arrange the collection directly with them.
