If you’ve made an offer or raised a query with the seller and haven’t received a response within 24 hours, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’ll follow up with the seller on your behalf. If the seller still doesn’t respond within 24 hours of our follow-up, we will remove the bike from the platform.
If you’ve already paid for a bike, but the seller hasn’t responded to schedule a collection (whether through our courier or directly with you), please contact us. You can cancel the order if you haven’t heard from the seller within 3 working days of placing the order.
