At MyNextBike, buyers can choose to have their bike shipped or collect it in person. This article focuses on the shipping process. For information on collecting a bike in person, please refer to this article.

All shipments are arranged by MyNextBike on behalf of the buyer and seller. We aim to ensure a seamless experience by coordinating with trusted couriers.


Standard Shipping Process

For UK Mainland Orders (up to 400 miles between buyer and seller):

  • Cost: £79
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 days

How It Works:

  1. Scheduling:

    • Once your order is placed, we’ll contact the seller to schedule a collection date (earliest collection is two days after the order).
    • After confirming the seller’s availability, we’ll coordinate a delivery date with you.
  2. Collection and Delivery:

    • Our specialist courier will collect the fully assembled bike from the seller.
    • Delivery typically occurs the following day the collection date. For distances over 200 miles, delivery will occur 2 days after the collection date.
  3. Delivery Confirmation:

    • Once the bike is delivered, you’re ready to ride!

Additional Information:

  • Deliveries occur on business days (Monday to Friday). Public holidays and weekends are excluded.
  • All shipments are insured up to £50,000, ensuring protection in case of loss or damage.

Bike Box Shipping Process

For Non-UK Mainland Orders or UK Mainland Orders Over 400 Miles Apart:

  • Cost: £79
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 weeks

How It Works:

  1. Packaging:

    • We will ship a bike box to the seller, complete with packaging materials and instructions on how to safely package the bike.
  2. Collection:

    • Once the bike is packaged, we’ll arrange for one of our chosen couriers (e.g., DHL or APC) to collect it from the seller.
  3. Delivery:

    • The bike will be shipped to you, and you’ll receive tracking details to monitor its progress.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the seller’s availability for collection. You can contact us to check the seller’s schedule if needed.
  • We strive to resolve any fulfilment or delivery issues promptly to minimize inconvenience.
