When the seller is located nearby, you have the option to collect the bike in person. This is a great way to start riding as quickly as possible and save on shipping costs!

Whether you want to collect the bike in person or simply view it, we ask that you agree on a price first and follow the standard checkout process before arranging the meet-up.

This ensures that all transactions are completed securely on the MyNextBike platform, allowing us to provide buyer and seller protections. Please note that it’s against our policies to arrange a collection or exchange contact details before payment has been completed.

Collection Process

1. Agree on a price with the seller
2. Complete the purchase: You will be sent a payment link to finalise the transaction.
3. Select “Collect in Person” at checkout
4. Arrange the collection or viewing date
5. Confirm whether you leave with the bike

What Happens After Collection

• If you decide not to take the bike, we will initiate a full refund on the same day.
• If you do leave with the bike, we will proceed with paying the seller.
