Our courier requires the seller to be at home on the scheduled collection date to hand over the bike. If the seller is unavailable within the allotted time frame, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

However, you cannot cancel the order if the collection fails due to our courier arriving outside the agreed time frame. In such cases, we will reschedule the collection for the next available date.
