Seller Protection Policy
At MyNextBike, we offer both buyer and seller protections.
Our promise to sellers is that, unless the buyer has a valid reason for returning the bike, once the order has been fulfilled, they will be paid in full by MyNextBike.
Can the Buyer Return the Bike?
Yes, under our buyer protection policy, buyers can return the bike if it arrives "not as described" and we decide in the buyer’s favor.
Please note that buyers can only return the bike if it arrives "not as described." They cannot return the bike simply because they’ve changed their mind or if it’s the wrong size, provided that these details were accurately listed.
As long as sellers are honest and accurate in their advertisements, we will ensure they’re paid.
What Happens If the Buyer Claims the Bike Has "Arrived Not As Described" but I Don’t Agree?
Once we receive a claim from the buyer, we will review it against the listing and ask for your comments on the dispute. We will only approve a return after investigating the situation and deciding in the buyer’s favor, if applicable.
What Happens If the Courier Damages or Loses the Bike?
Our couriers take great care to protect the bike during transit, but accidents can happen. That’s why we insure each shipment up to £50k, ensuring that if any damage occurs to your bike, you are protected.
In the event of damage or loss, we will pay you in full once the courier has confirmed the damage was caused by them. There’s no need to wait around for the claims process to be completed.
