Collection in Person

Once your bike has sold, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to fulfill the order. The buyer can choose either to have the bike shipped or to collect it in person. This article outlines the process for collection in person.

Please note that all collections are arranged by MyNextBike on behalf of both the buyer and seller. Buyers must complete the checkout process before a collection is arranged. We do this to ensure all transactions are completed securely on the MyNextBike platform, providing both buyer and seller protections. It is against our policies to arrange a collection or exchange contact details before payment is made.

Here’s the Process:

1. Agree on a price with the buyer.
2. The buyer will receive a payment link to complete the purchase.
3. Once payment is confirmed, the collection or viewing date will be arranged.
4. We require confirmation from both parties that the buyer has left with the bike before payment is released.

Please note, if the buyer decides not to take the bike, we will refund them the full amount.

This process applies whether the buyer wants to view or test ride the bike first. Since MyNextBike holds the payment, the buyer has already paid, which provides security for both parties during the test ride.
